A tremendous heartfelt thank-you to Sherri for all her help, guidance and care. I will always look back on my father's funeral obviously with great sadness but also with extreme relief and joy because it truly was a beautiful celebration of his life. From the first day my brother, sister and I had made an appointment and met with Kirsten, we had a good feeling about Families First.  Her professional and considerate manner was a pleasure to deal with.  The relationship grew more and more, meeting with the staff on Lauzon as the days came.  We also had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy, Ruth, Tara, Jerry, Marcel (we loved him), Mari and Sherri.  We have to say they were all very courteous and understating to our needs. My nieces, nephew and my boys had a wonderful experience with Marcel ( the cookie man) he is a kind and understanding gentleman and you are very luck to have a person like him working for you.  He came to our house to deliver the flowers left behind at the funeral home and I can't even tell you how much fun we all had with him asn he enjoyed a Lebanese coffe and some Baklava. Two weeks have passed and we are still in contact with the office and staff for a few odds and ends, and the service continues to be impressive.We hope that you and your employees progress will be a fruitfull and successful business, as you sure know what you're doing......making Families First!
