On occasion, we've paid our respect's to family & friends at your beautiful home. We noted the beauty of it as well as the professional & courteous staff. It wasn't until the passing of our beloved son Michael that we came to know of the deeper beauty: The kindness & compassion your staff exude. We wish we could remember everyone's name who helped us but two names we will never forget are Debra Latremouille & Kris Koutoula. They are just meant to be doing what they do because of their sincerity, compassion & integrity. Now we understand why your name is "Families First" We congratulate the person who hired these special people and thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Please excuse our memories but we also extend our thanks to everyone who had a hand in preparing for & carrying out our Michael's visitation, funeral & cremation.

A tremendous heartfelt thank-you to Sherri for all her help, guidance and care. I will always look back on my father's funeral obviously with great sadness but also with extreme relief and joy because it truly was a beautiful celebration of his life. Sherri truly made a horrible experience a lovingly memorable one. We had to make the arrangements from London and were very nervous, not having ever visited Families First. We were amazed at the beauty and tranquility of your facility. The amount of work that Sherri did for us, all the paperwork she took care of was phenomenal and not something we expected. I could truly go on and on about what a wonderful person you have on your staff, please accept our heartfelt and loving gratitude for letting us make our father's  (and husband's) funeral a true testament to his very colorful life (jean jacket and all!!!). Every single person that attended was equally amazed at the beauty, individuality and personality that the entire room portrayed. We cannot convey our gratitude to you enough. You went above and beyond merely doing your job when you arranged to borrow the scuba gear to display at my brother David’s funeral. On behalf of the Probert family, after one full week of hell you made our lives so easy and so special.  It was amazing on how you made the viewing and funeral a special day that the Probert family and myself will never forget.  Your staff was unbelievable, always there for us and the word “no” never existed in their vocabulary.  They were loving, courteous, attentive, and supportive.  I want to tell you as tragic of a loss as this was, you Brian took it upon yourself with your staff and fulfilled everything you promised you would and then some.  I can only say that if anyone had a loss and was looking for somewhere to go, I would highly recommend Families First.  Thanks again for all your support and all you did.
