We understand that after the death of a loved one families are often left with the onerous task of completing Canada Pension forms, insurance claims, health benefits, (reporting the death to employers, banks, trust companies etc.) at a time when these responsibilities can seem  insurmountable.  It is easy to justify putting these things aside until one feels strong enough to complete them. This often delays benefits to a surviving spouse or children and we know it helps to have this completed in a timely manner:

We will complete all forms required for:

Income Securities Program and the federal government related to Canada Pension and Old Age Security.

As requested we will:

Complete the application form for Canada Pension Lump sum death benefit. Complete the spousal monthly benefit form. Complete children's benefit forms. Obtain and complete life insurance claimant forms. Obtain and complete employer health, life and pension forms. Give notification and supply certificates of death to any bank, trust company, union. Deliver all forms once completed to their required locations.
