Brian Parent, Managing Director, President Email: brian@familiesfirst.ca Office Phone: 519-969-5841 Fax: 519-969-3276 Brian Started in funeral service in 1979, obtaining his Ontario Funeral Directors Licence in 1982.  Starting with Morris Funeral Home in 1979 he stayed until Owner ship transfer in 1983 to a large corporation, he joined Janisse Brothers Funeral Home in 1983.  In 1996 Brian left behind a job as Operations Manager of their 4 funeral homes.  With his wife Mary-Lynn they open Families First Funeral Home & Chapel in May of 1996.  Since then the funeral home has grown beyond their expectation, so much so that an addition was added in 1999 (this addition doubled the size of the original funeral home).  Together with his wife Mary-Lynn they have 3 children Alex, Ray and Chantelle.

Debra Latremouille, Funeral Director Email: debra@familiesfirst.ca Toll Free Phone: 800-510-9887 Office Phone: 519-969-5841 Fax: 519-969-3276 Debra is originally from Chatham, starting with Murray Bowman Funeral Home in 1981.  She graduated from Humber College in 1984, and was employed at Ostrander's Funeral Home in Tillsonburg and Port Rowan where she interned until ownership changed  in 1998.  With this change Debra began to look outward for, (her words) "a family owned funeral home focused on moving forward in customer service and one that appreciates dedicated employee's" We were the lucky pick! Debra is married to a very lucky guy? named Bob, they have been blessed with a beautiful daughter named Alexandra.

Tara Breckles, Funeral Director Email: tara@familiesfirst.ca Toll Free Phone: 800-510-9887 Office Phone: 519-969-5841 Fax: 519-969-3276 Tara has served the community of Windsor since 1994 and received her Provincial Funeral Director’s Licence in 1995.  She was born and raised in Essex Co.  Tara joined Families First Funeral Home in 2001, because she believed in our mission to serve families beyond their expectations.  Tara is a member of Windsor Regional Hospital, Perinatal Bereavement Committee, past president & treasurer of the Windsor Essex Funeral Directors Association and a member of Lifestyle Family Fitness.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Colin, especially outdoors in Northern Ontario.  They share their home with dog Griffin and cats Basil & Bogey.

John Lojewski, Funeral Director Email: john@familiesfirst.ca Toll Free Phone: 800-510-9887 Office Phone: 519-969-5841 Fax: 519-969-3276 John started with us on January 27, 2003.  John began his career as a Director in funeral service in 1979 when obtained his Ontario Funeral Director's Licence in 1982 from Humber College.  John's desire to work for a family-owned funeral home brought him to Families First.   He is honest, caring and dedicated to the families that he is proud to serve.  John was born and raised in South Windsor and now resides in LaSalle.  He is committed to his two daughters, Elizabeth and Madeline. John is an avid outdoors man with his favourite being fishing and hunting.

Originally from Blenheim, Pam began working in funeral services at J.L. Ford Funeral Home for 5 years before becoming licensed as a funeral director. She now resides in Windsor with her husband Paul, sons D’Arcy and Kieran.

Jessica's compassion and creativity help her to understand the needs of the families that she serves and we are proud to say that she is part of our caring team.  She resides in Windsor and enjoys traveling, playing baseball and spending time with her family and friends.

She worked at a funeral home in her hometown of Guelph until 1996. Since then, she has worked in the funeral service industry here in Windsor/LaSalle, which is now home. She has joined our team with the need for growth and to be a part of a friendly, family-owned funeral home. She loves to have the ability to offer to our families, state of the art surroundings coupled with all the comforts of “home.” Sherri is Past President of the Windsor Essex Funeral Directors Association and is a Practical Examiner with the Ontario Board of Funeral Service. She has 2 girls; Ashley & Heather and a “canine boy” Sully. She cherishes her time with her husband and best friend Jim where they are gym workout-partners, snowmobilers and campers.

With aspirations of becoming a funeral director, she moved to Toronto in 2005 to attend Humber College. She now resides in La Salle and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Brian, cat Ryger and puppy Montego.
